OVERVIEW
We have a 30-day return window for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.

ELIGIBILITY
• Item must be in the same condition as received: unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging.
• Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo of the item.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. After review, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind after receiving the item
• Incorrect size or color choice
• Custom-made or personalized products
Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

DELIVERY FAILURES / INCORRECT ADDRESS
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or failure to collect the package, any refund will cover the product cost only (shipping fees are non-refundable).

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get a different item is to submit a return request (if eligible). Once approved, place a new order for the desired item.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within up to 14 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days pass after approval, contact us at spotlinemarketing.services@gmail.com.
